  2. Review and quote - You provide read-only QuickBooks access. We review the books and send pricing and next steps. If cleanup is required, we quote that separately before monthly service begins.

Do you only work with QuickBooks Online?
Yes. We specialize in QuickBooks Online so we can deliver consistent processes and reliable reporting.
Do you provide tax or audit services?
No. We focus strictly on QuickBooks Online bookkeeping. We keep your financial records accurate and organized so your tax preparer can file efficiently. If needed, we can also recommend accounting firms for tax or audit work.
Do you process AP, AR, payroll, or sales tax?
No. Bill pay, invoicing, payroll, and sales tax filings stay with the business or their payroll or tax provider.
Do you charge a setup fee?
No setup fee when you use our monthly bookkeeping service.
Can I start small and upgrade later?

When will I receive my monthly reports?
